Disney World The Magic Kingdom

For our 3rd day, Thursday, we we to the Magic Kingdom!! Dreams were coming true!! What I learned is that I'll never come back to the Magic Kingdom. Ha! There is nothing at this park you can't get at Disneyland except some lame Aladdin ride and a Beauty and the Beast ride. Oh, and the Haunted Mansion is definitely better. But the hassle to get into this park is like no other! You park, then have to walk to get on a golf cart type trolley. Which takes you to place where you get out and walk again to get in line for either a ferry or tram. It takes flipping 30-45 minutes just to get inside! And Travis and Megan's mom had stuff in their bags go off during security checks so that added another 15 min. on. Good grief. We bought Genie+ passes because after yesterday at Universal, we were beyond sick of lines. It worked. We were MUCH more productive this day and got to do everything we wanted. It was busy and crowded but not as bad as Universal. We walked A TON. We ate lots but again, not as good of food as Disneyland. Megan and I had bought everyone matching Mickey Shirts from Zara and the girls all had matching, red pants that were adorable. That was all Megan's doing. She is queen of finding cute, kids clothes! The weather was nice and it was an enjoyable day.

Space Mountain was a favorite of the older kids! They did it many times!
Tell me you're a mother without telling me you're a mother. Haha.
Little kids on fast rides stresses me the heck out!

I am obsessed with this picture!! The lighting! These adorable faces! I want to frame it. Thunder Mountain Railroad has always been a favorite of mine.

How. How does a teenager lose a shoe over a bridge???! He had to jump over the railing to retrieve it.

Winner winner, chicken dinner. I randomly found this chicken and waffle from some restaurant and thought it sounded good. It was absolutely incredible. Best thing I ate all day. Maybe all week.

If we thought it was a pain to get INTO this park, getting out was like escaping Alcatraz. Masses of people trying to squeeze onto the ferries and trams. We waited in the longest lines of the day. Kids were dropping left and right. Our legs wanted to fall off. In the last line to get on the golf carts, it felt like deciding who was going to get a life raft on the Titanic. I mean, we're talking life or death here. This was pioneer trek exhaustion. I mustered the strength of my ancestors and held onto Tanner. Ok, maybe a bit dramatic, but it was heinous. Trust me.
Sayona, Magic Kindgom! See you again, NEVER!
